Each entry identifies the source, publisher, direct link when recovered, where it is used, and verification limits. New online resources receive a citation beside the activity and an entry here before publication.
Authorship: SCAN–SUPPORT–COMPETE wording, team diagrams, scenario cards and coaching adaptations are original North Stars work unless specifically attributed. A supporting reference does not imply federation endorsement or prove that it was used when an activity was first created.
Dates: October 26 is the register backfill date, not the original date every source was used. “Checked” means the stated check was performed; it does not imply video playback or full scientific reappraisal.
